God has chosen to use the church, His Body, to carry on the mission of Jesus. He didn’t have to do it this way. He could have done it by Himself. But He didn't. He chose to give us the privilege, the significance, the joy of partnering with Him, of showing His love and doing His work in a world that desperately needs Him. As we do His work, we become more like Jesus and experience His presence and heart even more.
